Spye Park bell

I attach the two photos I have been sent of the inscription - definitely
1731!!

Also the name is Wm Sellers (NB an 'S' on the end), which might make a 
difference!

In terms of size, I have not measured it; but the photographer tells me that
at a guess: 20 inches across 
the mouth and a height of about 24 inches.
Spye Park is in the parish of Bromham, Wiltshire.
