[Bell Historians] CCCBR site

I agree that it isn’t practical to notify every list, but I think it would
be a good idea to also include Bell Historians and Nabbers, at least. These
are both specialist-interest lists many of whose members make considerable
use of the CCCBR site - particularly the Dove section - and I know that many
members of the Bell Historians list at least - me included - are not members
of any other lists.
