I agree. In this case you can see exactly who has said what (and when). I 
can never understand certain contributors when they quote very little or 
worse, nothing at all. By all means edit things, but in context. It can be 
very frustrating trying to find who actually said something in the first 
place. 

I also wonder why some subscribers choose to only receive the digest?
