Is that relevant? If the CCCBR member counselled in favour of keeping
the frame that would be difficult, if not what more natural than that
member should take the matter back to the CCCBR, who could consider
acting as a body to aid Malvern, in a rather more involved way than just
having a representative present.
I am thinking of the expertise and finance necessary to take an appeal
to a higher court.

As a cardinal issue is involved, and the decisions are at a high level,
and the precedence set is critical, is this an issue the CCCBR should
get involved in?
