It really is about time that Kelvedon was sorted out one way or another.
There certainly seems to have been problems with communication over the past four years.
As Andrew has stated all that Taylors, Taylors Eayre & Smith, and now John Taylor & Co want to do is get the job completed to the customers satisfaction.
Believe it or not, bellfounders usually are the best placed to give advice.
I have found it rather sad that this has gone on for so long. Especially as it is in their esteemed competitors backyard!

Its not so much riddles as committees that are the problem. Getting a consensus from them as to what they actually want to do is "difficult" - it could have been sorted out literally years ago with a bit of clarity of thought - indeed it is more likely that the problem would never have occurred had they taken the advice given rather than referring it on for discussion.
This company (and the two previous ones) just want them to have a ringable set of bells.
