I have a church guide to St Michael's Linlithgow of 1960s vintage which
includes a photo of the bells. This shows the two larger ones hung for
ringing, while the small one is arranged for swing chiming.

Eeles in Church Bells of Linlithgowshire (1912) provides details. The small
one (18.75 in diameter), which is called Meg Duncan and is presumably the
successor of a sanctus, was recast in the Netherlands in 1718. The
inscription doesn't say which founder was responsible. Of the others 1
(30.75 ins) is by Pack & Chapman 1718 while 2 (34.8 ins) is pre-Reformation,
is by an unidentified founder.

Are Taylors retaining ringing fittings for the larger bells?

  Being rehung by Taylors.
Are they a ring or swing chime?
