Structural Engineers and Bell Work

Dear List - not really history, but there are probably more people "in the know" on this list than others.

Does anyone know of any work by the firm "Frank W Haywood and Associates" or one of their engineers Mr Clive Haywood, in relation to bells and bellframes?
