Technical Book or Manual on Swinging Bells?

I wonder if anyone could recommend a book or manual that goes through the technical aspects of setting up a swinging bell?  The distance for example from the top of the bell to the centerline of the trunnions on which the bell rotates when fabricating a new yoke. Things that need to be considered when attaching a bell to a new yoke.

The technical consideration of clapper design and fabrication.  How to calculate the resultant torque of a swinging bell, etc.
