G&J great bells

It has been suggested to me that Gillett & Johnston did not have 
sufficient foundry capacity at Croydon to cast the largest of their 
carillon bells, and so they used the facilities of an English 
shipyard.  If so, which one? and do any major English shipyards with 
similar facilities survive?
