[Bell Historians] Whitechapel Foundry - A talk about the archives [1 Attachment]

I have been asked to circulate details of a talk about the Whitechapel
foundry archives on 23 January next year. It will be given by Richard
Wiltshire, the archivist who dealt with the transfer to the London
Metropolitan archives. I’m sure it will be a most interesting talk, giving a
glimpse of the range of material within the collection. The cataloguing
project is now under way and the staff recruited to list the records are
likely to be at the event.

 

The event is at the London Metropolitan Archives – just north of Clerkenwell
church – and takes place on Wednesday 23 January at 6pm. For further

Please note that you need to book if you wish to attend. The cost is £6 (but
