[Bell Historians] Unknown inscription- Henry Pleasant

Hi all,

Can anyone help identify what is depicted on the inscription band of this
bell? (photos attached)
It's the 2nd from Drinkstone, Suffolk, a 1696 Henry Pleasant bell, apart
from the figure at the centre I'm struggling to deduce what the rest might
be. Possibly fire and bellows? I haven't noted this on any other Pleasant
bell, certainly not the fourth at Drinkstone also cast by Pleasant.
The wording of the inscription is "Henry Pleasant made me 1696 FP" with the
image being repeated twice, along with Henry Pleasant's usual stop marks.
