As everyone on this list will know, TD methods are divided into three
classes.

Treble Bob methods have no internal places made at any cross-section;
Surprise methods have internal places at every cross-section and
Delight methods - which have a combination of both.

However, on eight bells, the latter category was divided into two - Delight
and Exercise methods.

As I don't have a copy of Willson's book, could someone please remind me of
the difference between the two.
