I'm not quite sure why some people are objecting to this.  Half-lead calls
have been happily used before in record lengths, and there is nowhere near
one every lead.  There is no requirement that peals be all the work and it's
not as if non-atw compositions for shorter lengths in single methods don't
exist -- aren't there some of Yorkshire with a bob Before in each course?
