Richard Pearce has a series, all 23-atw, substituting Chandler methods one
at a time into Smith's. He starts by substituting methods into Smith's
calling and about half-way changes to Chandler's. Unfortunately, I don't
have a copy, and don't know where there is one on the web. You could email
