That's exactly the reason why I proposed counting changes differently from
rows and excluding the null change, because it would then be obvious. 120
changes and 5040 rows. It provides a clear way of describing what was rung
without judging whether it is a good thing to do. The only question then is
whether a peal length should be measured by a minimum number of rows or a
minimum number of changes?
