Unfortunately that is certainly the case regardless of the situation for
single lead entities. It's quite possible to have a method that is false in
the plain course with one lead end but not with another. For example Not A
Block Major (as named here
http://www.bb.ringingworld.co.uk/view.php?id=337201) would be a method if
rung/described with a 4ths or 6ths place lead end.
