Still active. As was announced by Tim Barnes on this list several months
ago it is now carried out on a sort of subgroup of this list,
rt-rules-subgroup at googlegroups.com. I think if you point a web browser at
googlegroups.com it's probably possible to find it and subscribe; if that
doesn't work, I'd suggest either looking at the archives of this list for
instructions, or contacting Tim Barnes.
