OK, here is my new challenge.  Find a nice, ringable touch of Major 
containing all 4-runs including *internal* runs, i.e. things like x5678xxx 
xx5432xx.

I believe there are 1002 such rows (by the inclusion-exclusion formula).

Since the 480 front/back runs can be got into a 32-part structure with 
length 1536 (with a nice method) or 1280 (with a less nice method), it 
ought to be possible to do this easily in a peal length.

The challenge is to find an appropriate organizational structure.
