Upper Beeding has to be more than a fund raiser.
The amount it will cost to remodel will make a huge hole in any cash
realised.
If it was that, surely the association could raise the likely "profit"
and take over ownership of some of the bells but leave them on
"permanent" lone.
The sum involved would probably be less than one of the back bells!
It would not be as much as some of the BRF grants that HCACR has made,
and without any strings.
After all a BRF is there to maintain ringing bells.
