And the lowest?
There must be dozens of contenders in the Lincolnshire or Cambridgshire fens.  I don’t think there are any churches within the below sea level contours (which are the only sort of contours to appear on the Boston and Spalding OS map) but there must be a tower with bells only a very few feet above sea level.  It would have to be ground floor – Lutton could be a contender with the spot height in the village being 2m.
