[Bell Historians] The ongoing evolution of Dove online

Let’s hope the Dove team are employing sound requirements management.
Projects like this frequently get asked “please can you just add...” when
folk get to know about them. It’s known as requirements creep or mission
creep. It’s a frequent cause of public sector projects failing or
escalating out of control (and then failing) when politicians get
interested. It may certainly be possible to add more in the future but for
now let’s hope they to stick closely to the original project brief and so
deliver on time.
